TEAMBUILDING EVENT- MARCH 2023

A group of Y5 girls took part in a Teambuilding Event held at The Ellis Primary School.

Teamwork skills are the skills that enable us to work well with others and demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and good communication.  Teamwork was the element required today by our Year 5 girls to be able to compete in the outdoor pursuits laid out for them.  They had to find their ability to work cooperatively with others and be able to communicate and keep a positive attitude enough to encourage their team to complete their missions.  It was a great afternoon of fantastic trials.  Never was a cross word heard – just encouragement and leadership, but better than that was the resilience shown by all girls to give their best to complete all tasks.  Well done girls.
