Tri Golf – School Partnership Competition – July 2022

Today we hosted the Tri-Golf Competition for the Hoyland Schools Sports Partnership, five of our children took part to represent our school.  Here are a few snaps of them enjoying their triumphant afternoon of golf.  Gold medal winners – Tri-Golf Champions.  It was a well-organised afternoon with all Sports Coordinators from the partnership schools helping score on each hole.  My job was to keep track of all the score sheets and totalling up on completion of all nine holes.  It was hugely rewarding to find notes written on the score sheets from the sports coordinators about of well-mannered our children were during the afternoon and so lovely to watch new friendships being forged too.

Well done to all players and sports leaders for this fabulous afternoon of sport.  We couldn’t manage without our sports leaders helping with the smooth running of the programmes we host, they all do a remarkable job looking after everyone.
